12:00-13:30 Impulse Talk
Subtle discrimination often happens unnoticed - through assumptions, stereotypes or unconscious biases that shape everyday interactions at work and beyond.
This impulse talk invites us to reflect, ask questions and explore how we can create a more respectful and inclusive environment for all.
We will explore:
- How can I recognize when I am experiencing subtle discrimination?
- What can I do, and where can I find support?
- How can I recognize when I may be subtly discriminating against someone else?
Speaker: Dr. Nicola Byok - Consultant and trainer specializing in diversity, equity and inclusion, unconscious bias and organizational change. M.A. from Yale University and Dr. from Free University Berlin
