Research interests

I am interested in plant physiology and the mechanisms that regulate plant functions across molecular, biochemical, and ecophysiological levels. My focus lies in understanding how plants maintain growth, development, immunity, and homeostasis under environmental stresses such as drought, salinity, temperature extremes, and pathogen attack.

Currently, I am studying the photosynthetic changes associated with drought stress in Zaleya spp. under the supervision of Dr. Renata Callegari Ferrari.
