Faculty IT – people and services
The faculty's IT support consists of the local IT managers who organize direct support in the working groups, the faculty IT staff who are responsible for supporting the various working groups and services of the faculty, and an IT committee which, together with the faculty IT, advises the faculty on strategic decisions.
Ask within your work group to find out who is your local IT manager. The four IT staff members Christian, Fried, Martin and Ralf can in principle help in all areas, but for easier organization we assigned persons and functional addresses to different buildings and services as listed below. The current IT committee consists of Wolfgang Enard, Alexander Keller, Dirk Metzler, Thomas Nägele and Niklas Schandry. Feel free to write an email to Wolfgang for anything that you think can or should not be directly solved with the IT.
