Einführungsveranstaltung - Start ins Studium
Die Einführungsveranstaltung für das Nebenfach Biologie fand im Rahmen der Einführungsveranstaltung für das Hauptfach Biologie am Dienstag, den 29. September 2026, um 10:00 Uhr in Präsenz im Raum N 00.001 im Biomedizinischen Zentrum (BMC) auf dem HighTechCampus Martinsried, Großhaderner Straße 9, Planegg/Martinsried (nicht in München), statt.

Minor in biology for a Bachelor's degree program starting from the winter semester 2020/21

You can choose from a variety of courses for your minor. Compulsory courses are scheduled for the first three semesters. For later semesters, you can choose from various modules. Unfortunately, scheduling a minor isn't always possible without overlaps. The study regulations also allow you to take courses from earlier semesters. Below is the recommended schedule. Information about the times and locations of the courses can be found in LSF under the "Minor" section.

The following can be chosen as a Major:
- Computer Science Bachelor with a 30 ECTS Minor (Local admission restriction)
- Mathematics (Pre-registration procedure)
- Statistics and Data Science (Open-admission programs)
- Geography (Open-admission programs) *The combination of Geography as a major subject and Biology as a minor subject cannot be studied without schedule overlaps and may possibly lead to an extension of the study period*
