Here you can download all necessary documents and forms

• Please contact us after completing all neccessary courses
• Please apply for your certificate at least two weeks in advance
• For courses/grades missing from your transcript, please contact us via E-Mail. Please also include all necessary information like course title, type (lecture, seminar, practical) and the semester you completed the course in (e.g. SS25)
• You will get a confirmation email as soon as your grades have been registered
• Please check your transcript and confirm the date of the certificate
• You will recieve an email, when your certificate is ready for collection

• Please contact us at least two weeks in advance, if you need a transcript.
• Master students please fill out the corresponding module selection of your study program

Please contact us at least four weeks beforhand, for a confirmation regarding the extension of your stay at a dormitory

If you cannot attend an exam, please submit your original medical certificate or a copy via email as soon as possible, including the following information :

• Date of the exam
• Name of the exam
• Name of the module
• LSF course number

doctor's certificates for practicals need to be sent to your professor additionally
