Retreat

The TRR356 doctoral candidates and postdocs gathered together at the LMU Akademie at Fraueninsel/Chiemsee from Monday, April 20 to Thursday, April 23, 2026. The program included three external keynote speakers, two career talks led by invited guests, three skills workshops, selected scientific presentations, a panel discussion, and a poster presentation by each project.

The retreat provided an opportunity for early career researchers to exchange ideas, strengthen collaborations, and ackowledge the conclusion of the first funding period. In addition to the scientific program, the event was designed to foster networking and interdisciplinary dialogue across participating institutions.
