Nextflow Pipeline for Biologists

Two focused and interactive days of learning, discussion, and hands-on workflow practice.

The NF-Core Pipelines Workshop that took place on November 12-13, 2025 in Freising was a great succes. This two-day hands-on sessions with fetchNGS, RNA-seq, and proteinfold pipelines went very smoothly. This workshop equipped participants with practical skills in workflow management and RNA-seq analysis using Nextflow and NF-Core pipelines on the LRZ HPC system.
